Items shipped from iShookstore.com, including Warehouse Deals, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return will be sent back to the seller instead of iShookstore.com. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to iShookstore.com's, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the Seller's return policy before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the Seller's profile page. Once you've ordered, you can select your order in the Online Returns Center, to view the seller's return policy. Third party sellers must either provide a return address within the United States or pay for return shipping to an international address. If a seller does not provide a return address in the United States or free return shipping to an international address, you may file an A-to-z Guarantee claim to seek help with your return. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the A-to-Z Guarantee.

If you have purchased an automotive item shipped from and sold by iShookstore.com that is defective and is covered by a manufacturer’s published warranty, iShook will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.
Baby items (excluding clothing sizes 0-24 months) can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment. Note: Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.
Baby products fulfilled by iShook qualify for free return shipping. The product is eligible for free return shipping if the item detail page includes "Free Returns" messaging. If your return is not a result of an iShook error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.
Collectible items with a value of $75 or more should be returned using a trackable method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.
You must contact the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt to request return information. Your return must then be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item. Items with a value of $75 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method. Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records. Graded Coins and Original Government Packaged Coins must be returned in their original packaging, along with any supporting documentation. Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected. Collectible Coins that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
New desktop, laptops or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires) purchased from iShookstore.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. iShookstore.com may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.
Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads, and purchases from the iShook App, the iShook Digital Music store or the iShook Video store are not returnable after purchase. iShook Apps are currently only available for iOS.
Books purchased from the iShook App Store can be returned within seven days of purchase. Once a refund is issued, you'll no longer have access to the book. To request a refund and return content, visit Manage Your Content and Devices, select the Actions button next to the title you'd like to return, and select Return for Refund. Kindle books you receive as a gift are eligible for exchange for an iShookstore.com Gift Card before acceptance.
Subscriptions to titles in the Media Stand section of the iShook Store (magazines, newspapers and blogs) can be canceled at any time by visiting Manage Your Content and Devices. For more information, see Kindle Magazines and Newspapers
Fine Art items with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items with a value more than $500 must also be insured. All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.
Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won't be accepted for return.

Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:
You must notify the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt.
Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected per the iShookA-to-z Guarantee.
All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products without all applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to Amazon. Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

Fresh flowers, live indoor plants or insects are not returnable to Amazon, but may be refundable.
Grocery items (including AmazonFresh and Prime Pantry items) and wine are not returnable to iShook but may be refunded. While most wine is not returnable, contact the seller to learn more about their return policy. Pre-Paid Phone or Game Cards Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards or prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc) are not returnable to Amazon.
Returns for televisions shipped without Enhanced Delivery should be in new and unopened condition.
To return a television shipped with Enhanced Delivery, the item should be in like-new condition. When the carrier comes to pick up the television, they will bring their own packaging materials. For more information on Enhanced Delivery, please see About Free Enhanced Delivery.

Items fulfilled by iShook and purchased from your wedding registry can be returned within 180 days of delivery. Please note that 180 day Wedding Registry returns are only available if the item was purchased as a gift. If the registry owner buys an item for themselves from their own Wedding Registry, the standard 30 day iShookstore.com Return Policy will apply.
iShookstore.com doesn't accept returns of the following items:

Print a return mailing label and drop off the package at a UPS location that's convenient for you. Search for UPS locations near you by going to UPS.com. If you want to return your item at a mailing room at your office or apartment, choose the UPS dropoff option.
You don't need to print a return mailing label for UPS pickups. UPS will bring a label for your package. After you request a UPS pickup, UPS will pick up your return on the next business day. If necessary, UPS will try again two more times on the following two business days. An adult must be present for the pickup.
If you can't be present for the pickup, or if UPS isn't able to pick up your package after three attempts, start a new return using a different return shipping option.
If the original packaging is still available, return the item in that packaging. To help avoid problems with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels that are still on the box.
Note: If you choose the UPS Pickup option and if the return is not a result of our error, we will deduct a convenience fee of $6 for the UPS Pickup from your refund. For more information about our refund policies, go to About Refunds.
After a UPS pickup has been requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until after the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts, you can tell the carrier you no longer need the pickup when they come, or you can ignore the pickup attempts.
If you need to return a heavy or bulky item that was delivered by a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will guide you through the returns process and may ask you to contact our specialized customer service team, which can schedule the pickup of your item. If the reason for return is not a result of an iShookstore.com error, there will be a flat $50 return fee.

To receive Free Returns on your eligible product(s)
Only product(s) that say that they are eligible for Free Returns on the product detail page are eligible for Free Returns. Free Returns only applies to product(s) fulfilled by Amazon. It does not apply to the same product(s) fulfilled by other sellers.
No minimum purchase is required to receive Free Returns.
Free Returns is available to delivery addresses in the 50 states of the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free Returns is available to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States zip code only. Additional geographic shipping restrictions may apply to particular products.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.

iShook will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). If your return is not a result of an iShook error, we will not refund the original shipping fees. If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are eligible for free returns, iShook may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount in accordance with Amazon's general returns policy. In addition, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
