1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Processing time may be longer during high-volume seasons, promotional events, or product launches.

  • Orders containing pre-order, personalized, or specialty items may require additional time.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (if applicable).

2. Dropshipping Fulfillment

Many of our products are fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers and global dropshipping partners.
This means:

  • Your order may be shipped directly from a manufacturer or warehouse in the U.S., Europe, or Asia.

  • Delivery times and packaging may vary depending on the supplier’s location and logistics.

  • In some cases, multiple items in one order may arrive separately if sourced from different suppliers.

iShook LLC partners only with verified vendors who comply with quality control and delivery standards.

3. Shipping Rates and Options

We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on product type and destination.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
    Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after processing.
    Expedited options (2–5 days) may be available at checkout.

  • International Shipping:
    Estimated delivery within 10–25 business days depending on customs clearance and carrier routes.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on location, weight, and carrier rates.
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply to selected products or order values.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A tracking number and carrier link (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, or local courier).

  • An estimated delivery window.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country’s customs department.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

  • The recipient is responsible for any customs-related fees or delays.

  • Customs procedures may occasionally cause additional delivery delays that are beyond our control.

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, iShook LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • For missing deliveries, please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier office.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@ishook.com.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photo evidence of the damage.

We’ll assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider or supplier, and when applicable, issue a replacement or refund.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, you may be charged for re-shipping costs.
Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

9. Digital Products and Instant Delivery

For digital goods (e.g., e-books, AI tools, NFTs, or software licenses):

  • Products are delivered electronically via download link or blockchain wallet.

  • Delivery is typically instant or within minutes of purchase confirmation.

  • Once delivered, digital products are non-refundable per our Terms & Conditions.

Pre-order or backordered items will ship once available.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered fulfillment.
